Our rights to you - It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
PRICES - All prices on the website are correct at the time of ordering, any Special Offer or Sale section will offer discounted products and may be removed from sale at any time.
DISPATCH - We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. If you have not received your order after 7 days of your dispatch email sending please contact us so we can resolve this for you. Royal Mail do not class mail as lost until 15 working days so we may wait until then before refunding your order.
DELIVERY - All orders are sent via the option that you choose at checkout. All UK orders that are shipped First Class are charged at the Prices advised at Checkout and will take approximately 3 Days from time of Order. Second Class, are charged at the Prices advised at Checkout and will take approximaately 5 Days from time of Order. European/Worldwide Orders are charged at the Prices advised at Checkout and will take approximately 7-10 days depending on destination. Please note that we do not send Framed Prints outside of the UK due to their fragile nature. Guaranteed UK Next Day Delivery is available on Orders made before 2pm and BUT no Saturday Delivery options are available through this Service.
SAFETY AWARENESS - Our Wristlets, Pens and Gifts are not suitable for Children due to small parts therefore a choking hazard. Our Coffeeshop Journals are a standard lined pad to use as you see fit. Please note the Journal Template is just a quirky suggestion of how to use your Notebook, we are certainly NOT trying to dictate your lifestyle choices.
YOUR RIGHTS - You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Please email us stating the date you ordered, your order number and full name along with a signature.
RETURNING GOODS - If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us so we can resolve this for you. If you would like a refund please contact us and we can arrange for you to send your order back to us. This has to be received 14 days from the date you have received your order. If you change your mind we are happy to refund you, please note that we do not offer refunds on your postage cost unless the order is faulty.
DAMAGES - We package our orders very carefully, however sometimes parcels can get damaged en route. If this does happen please contact us in as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement item for you. We may ask you to send the faulty goods back or simply just ask for a Photo before we arrange a replacement.
SPECIAL OFFERS - At times we may offer Products at a reduced rate or a 3 for 2 promotion. We reserve the right to remove these offers and promotions at any time. The 3 for 2 promotion will only be valid on like for like products, for example, 3 Greetings Cards or 3 Pens. We will not be offering 3 for 2 promotions on seperate items.
